The year is Universal Century 0087. Seven years have passed since the end of the One Year War. Jerid pursues Karaba's Audhumla as the AEUG plans to infiltrate Dakar so that Char can break into the Federation Council and state his case. While the battle rages outside, Char makes an appearance on television and proclaims that the Federation has become just like the Zabis and they need to change and that people should move off of the Earth to help it recover.
